From building and replacing a server in a rack, to preparing and presenting a technical report to upper-level management. I have 10+ years of experience in network design, troubleshooting, helpdesk, disaster recovery, firewall management, vendor management, PC/server software and hardware upgrades, patching, cybersecurity, board reporting, printer management, wireless networks, security cameras, policy and procedure writing, IT Audits, risk assessments, and the day-to-day IT related things that come up.
My passion for personal growth has continuously driven me to expand my knowledge, experience, and relationships.
